Cellular backhaul and local PoE+ power for ANPR and CCTV
The H7960 combines dual-SIM LTE Cat 4 connectivity with four 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, configured as four LAN or three LAN plus one WAN. Each PSE port is specified for up to 30 W PoE+ output, making the router suitable for cameras and other compatible edge devices when the power system is designed correctly.

L4EU bands and interface variants
For suitable UK projects, Connected IoT evaluates the L4EU EMEA variants. Their published cellular support is LTE-FDD B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28, LTE-TDD B38/B40/B41, WCDMA B1/B8 and GSM B3/B8. We still confirm the selected order code against the intended SIM, operator, deployment and applicable UK regulatory requirements.
- CSWG-PSE: N150 Wi-Fi, one RS232, one RS485 and a GPS interface.
- C2W2-PSE: N300 Wi-Fi and two RS232 interfaces; the ordering matrix does not list RS485 or GPS for this variant.
- Positioning: GPS dead reckoning is optional where the selected hardware configuration supports GPS.
PoE+ power-supply requirement
The manufacturer specifies a 132 W output adaptor for PoE+ operation. It must be included in the power design for H7960 PSE versions; a generic or lower-rated adaptor should not be assumed to support four 30 W outputs.
Confirm before ordering: Connected IoT will verify the L4EU order code, CSWG or C2W2 interfaces, GPS requirement, specified 132 W adaptor and applicable UK regulatory suitability as one complete configuration.
